No refund after products has been released to customer and services completed. Cancelling an order for services is due 24 hours prior to service date that’s confirmed and discussed by both parties. Cancelling an order after product has been made grants no refund as well. After sea moss gel has been made, it will not be remade due to us tailoring it to your needs so resell isn’t available, so it’s important to pickup by date confirmed by both parties.
